SKJ-BG-1600 is a small 1700 Bridgman single crystal growth furnace, equipped with an outer diameter of Φ60mm alumina tube and a precise furnace movement mechanism (maximum traverse of 200mm). This equipment is designed for growing small-sized metal, oxide, and other single crystals in an atmosphere-controlled environment and can also be used for directional solidification of polycrystalline rods.

Travel Mechanism

  • Driven by a servo motor and a harmonic drive
  • The servo motor and a high-precision linear module ensure that the furnace body moves smoothly.
  • Two movement modes: slow lifting and fast movement
  • Maximum travel distance: 200mm.
  • Travel speed range: 0.03mm/hr  ~ 30mm/hr (adjustable, with an accuracy of +/- 1um)
    • The travel speed range can be customized at extra cost
Airtight Flanges
  • A stainless steel water-cooled sealing flange system for sealing the alumina tube
  • The top flange is equipped with a digital vacuum gauge and a Φ6.35mm gas outlet
  • The bottom flange has a KF25 vacuum interface and a Φ6.35mm air inlet
  • The bottom flange is driven by a stepper motor for lifting and loading the crucible
  • The equipment comes with a graphite crucible with an outer diameter of Φ30mm, an inner diameter of Φ25mm, and a height of 50mm, with a shoulder angle inside
  • The crucible holder is installed on the bottom flange
Temperature Controller A Eurotherm EPC3000 temperature controller included 
  • PID automatic temperature control system
  • Intelligent 24-segment programmable control
  • DB9 PC communication port
  • Temperature control accuracy: ±0.5
Control Panel

  • Control the travel speed,  travel distance, and furnace temperature
  • Displays the crucible temperature 
  • Control the internal pressure of the furnace tube
  • The temperature curve function displays the real-time temperature control curve and the temperature curve of the crucible, and the data can be saved, recorded, and exported
  • It can be used with the heating furnace's heating curve to set the pre-pulling time, such as setting the pulling to start after 5 hours
  • A digital vacuum gauge and an electromagnetic valve are installed on the sealed flange to control the constant pressure inside the furnace tube, with a control range of 0.01 MPa to 0.02 MPa
Optional:
  • 10E-2 torr via dual-stage mechanical vacuum pump (Pic. 2)
  • 10E-5 torr via Turbopump (Pic. 1) 
  • The vacuum pump is optional. Please click here to choose a vacuum pump. 
  • For oxygen-sensitive material, suggest using a recirculating gas purification system ( H2O, O2 < 1 ppm) to replace the turbopump (Pic. 3)
