VBF-1400X is a compact vacuum furnace with a 1400ºC max working temperature. It equips a W260 x D200 x 120 (mm) ceramic heating module in a stainless steel vacuum chamber, which can reach a 10- 4 torr vacuum.

- Ø25 mm quartz observation window is built into the front door
- KF 25 vacuum port and the valves of the gas inlet and outlet are built into the vacuum chamber
- A mechanical vacuum gauge is included
- A digital temperature controller with 30 programmable segments is included
- The heating element of the Moly alloy resistance coil is hidden in a ceramic chamber to avoid corrosion
