  • Max. working temperature without load:  
    Max Working Pressure:   10 atm  @800°C  with suitable pressure flange
    • 600°C under 1 atm pressure
  • Max. vacuum pressure "   1E0-4 torr torr  under cold state
Notice:    You may need a water cold flange for the steel tube due to the high thermal conductivity
