• Vacuum chuck made of SS316 alloy with < 1.0 mm hole

• A slot-die with 300 mm width is installed on a moveable fixture that has three precision rollers on the bottom (Pic. 1)
• The pushing rod will push forward the slot-die head to coat the slurry on the substrate smoothly without touching the substrate
• The gap between the coating blade and the substrate plate is adjustable with +/- 1-micron accuracy via dual digital micrometers (Pic. 2)
• An optional multi-slid-die fixture is available upon request upon request at the extra cost. (Pic. 3-4)
