The KSL-1700X-MGI-4 is a four-channel box furnace with a chamber size of 120*120*120mm. It can be used for high-throughput processing of multiple samples with a maximum temperature reaching 1700℃. Each heating module has an independent temperature control system, allowing simultaneous processing of four samples at different temperatures. This equipment has a small footprint and low energy consumption, making it an ideal product for r exploring phase diagrams of new-generation materials.

  • MTI does not recommend that customers to use flammable, explosive, or toxic gases(materials). If necessary due to the customers' needs, it is the customer who must take responsibility for relevant protection and explosion-proof measures. 
  • The equipment should operate on an independent power source, with a voltage range requirement within ±8%. It should not share the power grid with equipment generating high magnetic fields like medium and high-frequency devices. It should not be in the same room as such equipment. If unavoidable, conduct harmonic detection and treatment on the power grid and implement electromagnetic isolation for the equipment.
  • Keep the equipment away from areas prone to liquid splashing
  • Keep the equipment away from areas with magnetic or conductive powders
  • Insulation and heating elements are consumables. Cracks in insulation material during sintering are normal; they can be repaired using patching agents. 
  • .If the electric furnace cannot reach the working temperature or shows a significant slowdown in heating after prolonged use, contact the manufacturer to determine if replacement is necessary
  • There might be temperature fluctuations during low-temperature(below 300) operation
  • DO NOT open the furnace at temperatures exceeding 500
