1100C Compact Top-loading Vertical 2" OD Vacuum Tube Furnace - KSL-1100X-HV

KSL-1100X-HV is a compact high vacuum crucible melting furnace designed for melting noble metals such as Al, Au, Ag, Cu, Li, Mg under a vacuum environment up to 10^-6 Torr and heating temperature up to 1100ºC, which can also be used as the annealing and sintering furnace for material research. A 30-segment programmable temperature controller is built-in with +/- 1ºC accuracy.
Note:  Since May 20, one cooling fan has been added to the top of the furnace to cool the flange better

  • Fluro elastomer (FKM) O-ring
  • Two ports, KF-16 and KF-40, are built into the flange

  • Optional: KF-16 could be connected to the Inficon Pirani gauge
     (Pic.3)
  • Optional: KF-40 could be connected to a turbo pump (Pic.4 and 5)
