This is a pair of sealing flange with a water cooling jacket valve for OD 80 mm diameter processing tube. If you cannot use a ceramic block in two end of tube, you must use the water cooling jacket to keep flange cool (otherwise silicone o-ring may get damage)

- Made of Stainless Steel with double high-temperature silicone O-rings on the flange.
Stainless steel needle valve with 1/4" barbed fitting. 12mm Push to Connect port for water tube The assembly kit will seal one end of 80-82 mm diameter ceramic and quartz tube. Vacuum meter is installed in one side of flange. You may choose left side, right side or full set of flange at product option bar Note: You may order Digital Temperature Controlled Recirculating Water Chiller with 16L / min Flow, to cool the flange and save water. - Must put a refractory tube block in front of the flange ( see picture below ) to avoid heat radiation melt silicone O-ring. Please click the picture below-center to order the block.
- Please do not over tighten the three hex screws on the flanges to avoid overpressure incidents. The recommended torque is 35~40 inch-lbs.
