This is a UL Listed advanced process controller from Eurotherm® provide precision control of temperature and a host of other process variables together with an abundance of advanced options making it the most adaptable product in its class. It is suitable for using on the Furnaces (1250-1800C) with SCR & SiC/MoSi2 Heating Elements.

SPECIFICATIONS
  • Operating Voltage: 85-264VAC
  • ¼ DIN instrument
  • If you need to install the Eurotherm® for MTI three zone or 5-7 zone, please contact us for detail.  
  • 10 programs (500 segments)
  • 1 DC Output: DC (0-5, 0-10VDC, 0-20, 4-20ma)
  • Field configurable)(Output to Trigger or other SCR Device)
  • 1 Alarm Relay: Form ‘C’
  • Digital Communications: EIA485
  • Temperature Accuracy:  ±  0.1ºC
  • Recipes: Using a PC tool recipes can be created that can be used to change the operating parameters of the 3500 simply by selecting a new recipe via the HMI. This is very useful where multiple products are processed using the same controller but require different parameters to be set.
  • A user-friendly Computer control interface can easily program heating steps.
  • Each program can have Max. 50 Segment PID automatic control
