Dual Fire-Proof Chamber (2 x 12L) for Thermal Abuse Test of Battery (0-180C) - DHG-9015TA

TE-DHG-9015-TA is designed for the battery thermal abuse test for IEC62133-8.2.2. The fire-proof dual-chamber has dimension 10" x 10" x 8", which can be heated up to 180°C via an independent temperature controller with +/- 1°C accuracy.

SPECIFICATIONS

Chamber & Mobile table
  • Interior Material: Polished Stainless Steel sheet
  • Two chambers are stocked together
  • Each chamber size:
    • 240mm(L) x 240mm(W) x 200mm(H) (10"x10"x 8") (11.5 L Capacity)
  • Two adjustable chrome-plated wire shelves are included
  • Window: 
    • high-temperature glass with anti-explode film, size: W160mm x H160mm,
  • Feedthrough Holes:
    • One hole (50 mm Dia.) with a block is on the right size for feedthrough electronic wire 
    • Multi-holes are available upon request at an extra cost
  • Anti-explosion Port:
    • 30 mm Dia. venting hole is on the back, which will keep hot air continuous flow for venting.
  • One mobile table (600 L x 600 W x 600 H, mm) is included for the placement of analysis equipment and tools

  • RT - 180°C for continuous operation
Temperature Controller
  • Single point setting temperature controller with +/- 1°C accuracy
  • Build-in over-temperature, thermocouple failure protection alarm
  • Build-in over-temperature, thermocouple failure protection alarm
