KSL-1100X-S4 is a four-chamber box furnace integrated with four KSL1100XS compact furnaces. Each Heating chamber size is 100*100*100mm with an independent temperature controller with max working temperature of 1100 °C. The furnace is designed for high-throughput processing of multiple samples with at different temperatures. This equipment has a separated control unit with a small footprint, which can be placed into a glovebox for processing air-sensitive materials

  • Keep the equipment away from areas prone to liquid splashing and magnetic or conductive powders
  • Insulation and heating elements are consumables. Cracks in insulation material during sintering are normal; they can be repaired using patching agents. 
  • There might be temperature fluctuations during low-temperature(below 300) operation
  • DO NOT open the furnace at temperatures exceeding 500
